this book combines scandinavian style with japanese cuteness. as the seasons are changing, this is a great book for lots of warm and cozy wintery projects.

it has all kinds of projects from large to small, needle-felted to wetfelted to some that include sewing/embroidery.

there are functional bags, pouches, slippers, even a braided felted rug.

tea cozies, leaf coasters, pincushions, and wee potholder mittens with sheep.

also decorative figures, animals (elk, european red squirrel, polar bear, seagull, hedgehog, bear, seal), cell phone charms, egg ornaments, needlefelted santa, and a dalahast (red horse on the cover).

some projects include a beautiful combination of a wetfelted item with needle felted pattern, like the scandinavian flag coin purses.

all written instructions are japanese, however there are many clear diagrams and step by step photos, and many projects use the same process.
