****SHIPPING POLICIES****

Every bag is handmade upon order, please expect 2 WEEKS for your item to be made and prepared for shipment.

We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address. We do not refund postage for unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.

US orders are shipped through the US postal service via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, which normally takes 2-3 days.

****ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.****PLEASE READ!****

International mail is very unreliable. My standard route is USPS International Priority Mail. This is the most reliable route for the price. I will no longer ship International First Class because it often takes up to 8 weeks, and many times does not make it at all. Once a package leaves here, there is nothing I can do to track it.

I highly recommend using a carrier such as DHL, UPS or FedEx. I am more than happy to find the best rate and send you an invoice for the difference in cost.

We do not refund postage for unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.

We are not responsible for any duty taxes you may incur.

Also, we don't ship as "gift" 'cause it's a bit illegal and we're the ones who would have to pay the fines, being that we're a small small really tiny business, it would be the end of us, which would make a lot of people sad (including us) (thanks).

****PAYMENT****

Payment is expected at the time of your order. We accept payments via Paypal (you do not need to have a Paypal account to process credit cards with Paypal)
