All packages will be send within 48 hours after recieving payment. Please note that payment like Paypal echecks and banktransfers have to be cleared before sending. You will be notified when your package has been send.
Widerrufs- oder Rückgabebelehrung
If you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you will be fully refunded, excluding shipping costs, provided it has not been worn or damaged and is returned in the original packaging. If you want a refund you first have to contact us within 3 days after arrival.
Returning shipping costs are for the buyer. We do not take responcebility for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to us. We will refund you after we have recieved the package back.
Custom orders can NOT be refunded, as they are specially made.
Earrings can NOT be refunded due to health reasons.

We offer you FREE SHIPPING (WORLDWIDE) on ALL items! We ship by registered mail with delivery confirmation. That takes aprox. 6 days within Europe and 15 days overseas. If you wish faster shipping (with FedEx), that is an additional €22. Delivery time is then 3-4 days in Europe and 4-5 days overseas. Send us a convo if you wish to make use of the carrier option.
