We do not accept refunds as the items are printed materials or jpeg formats. You have 48 hours to cancel a sale before printing begins.

All items are shipped First Class US mail. If you would like to purchase a shipping upgrade or include insurance, please contact us so that we can send you a revised invoice.
International customers, please note that we are trying to keep the shipping costs down by using First Class International Mail; however, this service does not include guaranteed shipping. If you would like to upgrade to guaranteed shipping, please contact us for more pricing options.
