♦ I ship from Singapore. Orders are shipped within 2 working days of receiving payment.
♦ Orders will be shipped to address on the transaction. If you would like me to ship to another address, please indicate.
♦ It normally takes between 4-20 working days(Sat, Sun, and holidays not included) depending on your location.
- To the US, UK and Canada - between 8-14 working days
- To Asia - 4-6 working days
- Germany - 8-12 working days
- Rest of Europe - 8-20 working days
♦ The time of delivery is estimated, there might be delays sometimes due to certain reasons which I cannot account for. I seek your understanding in this matter. If you still do not receive your order in 3-4 weeks' time, please let me know.
♦ Shipping to FRANCE and ITALY will be by registered mail. Other countries will be by normal mail, if you would like it registered (you would have to sign for it), it is available at additional EUR1.20. Leave me a message when you check out and I'll take note to adjust the shipping fees.
♦ I will NOT be responsible for any loss of mail sent through normal mail.

♦ I like to recycle things, so normally, if I can, I will recycle bubble wrap from suppliers and also recycle boxes that I have or can find.
