I will exchange or refund any products for obvious errors in description. For an exchange or refund, the original product must be returned within 10 days of receipt. Exchanges will be for product of equal or lesser value or the cost can be applied to higher priced items. Refunds will be for the price of the product only. Shipping/Handling and Insurance will not refunded. There is 'No Refund' if you left me a negative feedback without contact me first.

♥♥ Payment Method: I only accept paypal and Dawanda Vouchers, bank transfer are NOT accepted.
♥♥ Shipping: Craft Supply will take 1-5 working days to ship out after payment received via handmade item need 1 week.
Normally I will go to the post office on every Monday and Thursday.
1. We ship worldwide, as long as the postman can reach your place.
2. All items will be shipped by Hong Kong Postal Normal Air Mail OR China Postal Registered Air Mail. Normally 2-4 working days delivery to worldwide. But recent months is peak periods, we notice that the processing of the post office become slow due to the big day X'MAX is coming, flight class is extremely scarce and the custom check more strict than before.
So it led to delay shipping 1-2weeks. I can't promise all items can reach you before Christmas, please DO NOT puchase if you can't agree with this.
Please let us know PRIOR to ordering if you have a special shipping need, we could arrange the express delivery by EMS, FedEx, UPS, DHL for you.
