Variation to and termination of content:
Handmade Heaven has the right to amend and/or remove the content of this website at any time and without prior notice. This includes pricing and postage.
Ordering:
No contract of sale between Handmade Heaven and you exists until full payment via paypal (or an alternative method) has been accepted and all funds cleared.
If there is a problem with your order you will be notified via email as soon as possible.

No images/designs/products/text may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form, or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior permission of Handmade Heaven.
I aim to represent each item for sale as accurately as possible regarding detailed descriptions, measurements and a range of photography styles. Every effort is made to provide you with images which are of a good representation of the products. Please be aware that colours of actual products may differ slightly from on-screen colours. Monitor settings vary from computer to computer.
Commissions:
Each commission undertaken will only begin after thorough consultation between Handmade Heaven and the client. Where necessary, sketches and samples will be supplied. To cover materials needed, I ask for a non-returnable deposit to half the value of the commission before work begins, or the full fee, depending on the work. I aim to complete standard commissions within 28 days from design approval.
Privacy Policy:
I respect the privacy of my customers. I will not issue any marketing literature without your permission. If you have signed up to the mailing list (or have asked to be added) you give permission to be contacted by email regarding any newsletters, etc Handmade Heaven sends out. All marketing materials allow you opt-out of receiving this information from me at any time. Email me to be removed from the mailing list.
I never disclose customer information to third parties. However, I will only disclose your details to third parties for the purpose of processing and delivering your order, such as courier services.
Information collected by me to process your order includes name, address, telephone number and email address. As credit/debit/online payments are received via paypal I never have access to your credit/debit card details.

POSTAGE (p&p):
I send all my products to you using the best postal method for that item. For example: art cards are sent via first class recorded post, lightweight but more expensive items (such as jewellery/coasters) are sent via special delivery, whereas the more heavier items (such as glass art) are sent via courier or special delivery. P&p covers postage, packaging and handling costs. Should you like insurance for your purchase please contact me before paying. Items are posted Monday-Friday. I aim to process and post out your order within 2 working days (longer if the item needs to be handmade especially for you).
RETURNS:
If you're not happy with your purchase you can return it to me within 7 days of receipt (unless it is a specific commission). Contact us straight away. I'm happy to work with you to rectify any problems you may have with my work. I offer a full refund of item costs, provided it arrives back with me as well packaged as it was when sent to you and is in a resaleable condition. Please note I am unable to exchange or refund earrings due to hygiene reasons.
If you would like to cancel an order please notify me as soon as possible quoting your invoice number (if applicable) or the names of products purchased. If the item has already been dispatched you will be charged the full postage and packaging fee.
When returning an item please include a copy of the invoice (if applicable) or a detailed list of the names of products purchased. Until the item reaches me it remains your responsibility. Therefore I suggest you use a postal service which will insure you for the value of the items.
I am sorry but I cannot refund any postage costs.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
