Each mouse is individually hand made so yours may vary slightly from the photos. The materials and colors will not change.
The House of Mouse creations are intended for adults and collectors over 14 years old, they are not suitable for children as they include small parts that could easily be swallowed.
The House of Mouse reserves the right to refuse a sale to anyone with a history of negative feedback and/or malicious behavior towards other DaWanda members.

If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let me know so that I can cancel the transaction. I will NOT leave negative feedback in this situation. I do leave negative feedback for buyers who don't contact me to cancel the transaction.
If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of your transaction, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will work with you to accommodate your needs.

If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase please contact me within 5 days of receiving your package. I deal with returns on a case by case basis.

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After I have confirmed your order you will receive an email from DaWanda to show you what to do next. when you get to the PayPal page choose the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before your package will be shipped.

For customers in Europe your shipping price is the same as for The Netherlands, I will update this before confirming your order.
Items are shipped in a cardboard gift box wrapped in packing paper, and placed in a sturdy shipping box. All The House of Mouse’s packaging, including labels, packing paper, gift boxes and shipping boxes are made from recycled paper.
The House of Mouse ships worldwide using TNT post shipping. Please check my shop announcement for current production times.

Please make sure that the address you supply during checkout is the correct one. I always ship to the address given to dawanda.
The House of Mouse is located in the Netherlands. Prices are for priority shipping. Shipping within Europe normally takes 5-8 working days. Shipping to the USA and other countries outside Europe normally takes around 2 weeks to arrive. However cusoms occasionally delay packages further, this is out of my control and I request that you factor this eventuality into the delivery time. It does not happen often, but it can happen.
