All items are hand made with quality craftsmanship. Many pieces are made using natural and vintage components, so some variations may occur from the photo listings.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
I love custom orders! I can modify just about any piece in my shop with different colored beads or gemstones - for no additional charge. I can also create matching earrings for just about any necklace - etc!
I can adjust the length of most necklaces or bracelets. If you need something adjusted, there is often no extra charge for this.
Just email me allison@stillwaterdesigns.de. Please allow up to one week for custom orders.

RETURN POLICY
It is my goal to make jewelry that people really love. It is also my hope that you have a positive experience and that you will come back anytime you have an occasion to buy jewelry for yourself or a gift.
If you are looking for something in particular and don't see it in my store, feel free to contact me, as I am very interested in knowing what your needs and preferences are and how I can be of help to you.
If you are not buying I would like to find out what to do to change that. If you are, please let me know what you would like more of.
If you are unhappy for any reason please return your unused item within 7 days of purchase and I will gladly do even exchange or refund for the purchase price MINUS the shipping cost. I can be contacted through Dawanda email for any questions or concerns.
REPAIRS
Although extremely rare, should your piece require repair within 30 days of purchase (provided it has been used in a reasonable manner) it will be repaired at no charge. Customer only pays shipping.
