Wholesale and Consignment:
I welcome wholesale and consignment requests. Please send me an email on urvi@thehomecentric.com for wholesale inquiries.
Washing and Ironing Policy:
We strictly suggest dry cleaning for all our products. The products should be ironed inside-out to assure no damage or stain to fabric or embellishments.
Widerrufs- oder Rückgabebelehrung
The order value would be refunded in full(after deduction of Shipping cost). We should receive your intimation for return within 24 hours of the receipt of consignment. The payments would only be refunded if the products are returned in a good state within 12 days from the date of receipt of shipment. You would be liable for return shipping charges.

PAYMENT POLICY:
I accept payments through PayPal (Preferred) and Credit Card payments through Paypal.
SHIPPING:
Method - 7 Day Air Shipping. All orders will be shipped from India.
The orders would be packed in the most appropriate packaging material to assure 100% damage proof delivery.
I normally ship within 10 days from the date of receipt of payment unless mentioned otherwise.
Orders on products marked as "Available in Stock and can be Shipped Within 24 hours" within the Product description would be shipped within 24 hours from the date of receipt of payment.
A Confirmation email on the receipt of order, receipt of payment and the date when the order is shipped would be sent to keep you up-to-date with the status on your order.
