~ Payment is due within 7 days of purchase.
~ Purchases will ship once payment is cleared (PayPal transfers and credit card payments clear immediately; checks and PayPal e-checks take 1-2 weeks to clear).
~ US Wisconsin buyers will be charged 5% state sales tax.

~ All purchases will arrive in either a gift box with ribbon, or an organza bag, and placed in a bubble mailer.
~ I guarantee all my work. If you are not happy with your purchase upon its arrival, please contact me and I will work with you to make it right.

~ Multiple items shipped together will receive shipping discounts.
- Items ship worldwide from the USA.
- Shipping fees (US & International) are:
1 - 3 articles: 2,90 € total, then each additional article: 0,60 € each
~ I will ship to the address you enter during the DaWanda check-out, unless you tell me otherwise.
~ All orders ship by USPS 1st Class International Mail. US orders will include a delivery confirmation. Express services are available upon request.
❤ All purchases will ship within 2-3 days of payment.
:: PAYMENT ::
❤ I am accepting again "cash" as a payment option. Cheques are always a payment option too.
- PayPal is my preferred payment method.
- I am sorry, I cannot accept traditional bank transfers because of the high international bank transfer fees.

~ I have very few problems with deliveries, both domestic and international. Here are a few Shipping Guidelines to ensure a safe delivery!
1. For large orders, I may require purchase of "Registered* or *Express* Mail to allow for insurance.
2. Customs fees may be levied by your country; I am not responsible for these fees, if any.
3. Any packages undelivered will be handled on a case by case basis. (only 2 of more than 1500 packages I have recently mailed have been undelivered)
4. Most international packages arrive within 7-14 days of mailing, but this is not guaranteed by the postal service. If you need Express or Guaranteed Mail, please contact me.
