If you wish to return an item, please e-mail me first.
Due to the personal nature of earrings and bobby pins, I cannot accept returns on those items.
Returned items are sent at your expense and must be received in their original condition within 10 days of your e-mail for exchange or store credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Payment is via Paypal only and is expected immediately after the order is confirmed. Orders not paid for after confirmation will be cancelled and the item returned to shop inventory.
