PAYMENTS:
I will ship within 1-2 business days after receipt of payments.
SHIPPING
Rates changes and varies, depending on the items and the country it is shipped. Please see individual items for the rates.
Shipping to Canada & USA is the same; most small items will be shipped via Canada Post & will not include insurance unless otherwise requested.
The shipping costs do not include any insurance. If you need insurance for your package you would need to purchase it, please convo me. Insurance is highly recommended for over $50 of purchase for international buyers.
All items will be shipped with bubble wrappers inside cardboard boxes or card stock envelops.
Unfortunately I am not responsible for any lost/damaged items.
Most packages will be shipped with recyclable white cardboard packaging. Almost all items inside them are carefully wrapped with bubble wraps - except for crimps/jump rings that doesn't get crushed easily. If you do not wish to get your packages this way, convo me and let me know, I will change the packaging method for you.

RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is guaranteed at my shop. If you should find that you are not happy with your purchase please let me know and I will try my best to help you resolve any issues.
Either a replacement item or a refund will be issued based on the individual issue.
Refund amount will be the full amount less shipping cost.
