Shipping
Please note that we ship to the Dawanda address, not the PayPal address. If you wish to have your order shipped to a different address, please add a note to seller during the checkout process or send us a message.
Your purchase is usually shipped within 2 days of payment on Mon to Fri.
We usually ship worldwide vis Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service by airmail Which is not including tracking number and insurance.
Shipping usually takes 7-14 business days to arrive. Sometimes delivery is a little faster, sometimes a little slower. As a general rule, Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery.
And if the package isn't arrived within 15 business days after shipping, we are willing to refund your money or resend the same package again on your demand.
If you purchase multiple items in my shop, I will confirm with adjusted shipping cost based on the total weight of items and your location.
For larger orders, please send us a message BEFORE paying and I will make a custom listing.
IMPORT FEES OR TAX
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

If you find that your package contains incorrect items, faulty items or omitted items please send us a message within 7 business days of receipt of your package and we will happily send you the correct items or refunds.
The refund will not include shipping cost.
We are unable to refund or replace any items after 7 business days of receipt of your package.
