Über mich

My name is Lin. I am of Malaysian Chinese descent and I was educated in Australia. I moved to London, England in the early 80's where I lived and had a successful career in finance for eighteen years. In 2003, while on a career break in Washington DC, I took the opportunity to pursue my passion in the art and science of gemstones and jewellery by enrolling in the GIA Graduate Gemologist Program. Designing and handcrafting jewellery soon followed. KUMqUAT Jewellery was created and launched in the summer of 2006 when I moved to Manhattan, New York. My jewellery pieces have been featured in the Fashi5n segements of the California based fashion website www.starstyle.com. I returned to the United Kingdom in the summer of 2007 and I currently reside in East Twickenham,England.
