VERY bad transaction. The customer filed a “Non-Delivery” report with Paypal, after only 11 business days from payment, without communicating with me, even though the items were going from Australia to Europe. I wrote to her to let her know the normal transit times from Australia to Europe (10-28 days via Air Mail). She continued with the complaint via Paypal. I tried, on several occasions to discuss the situation with her in an amicable way so we could resolve the issue, but she refused to communicate with me, except to leave a few obscure and rude messages.
Despite the fact that no postal insurance was purchased by the customer, her odd behaviour and the fact that I believe the items did arrive, I offered to resend the items free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. She continued to ignore any communication & received her money back from Paypal, so I reneged on my offer to resend the items.
This stressful and lengthy situation could have been resolved quickly and happily if the customer had simply communicated with me.
