Ordering and Payment
Being the citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina I'm not able to receive payments through PayPal directly, but I can indirectly (through 2Checkout)... I will send you a 2Checkout invoice and 2Checkout will offer you the choice to pay through PayPal.

You do not need to be a registered 2Checkout customer to make a purchase.

Shipping
I will aim to ship out items within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.

Shipping fee is stated at the bottom of each listing.

You will be notified via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Items will be shipped in large bubble padded envelopes via Registered mail.

Approximate delivery timing will vary according to your location. But it shouldn’t take longer than 10-20 business days is shipped to US.

Return
If you are unhappy with your order, please let me know and I'll do my best to make things right. I do accept returns or exchanges for purchased items within 30 days of the shipping date. Please email me within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed. Product must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and full responsiblity of customer. Your refund will be issued when return items are received.

Exceptions: Due to the nature of the patterns, I cannot accept returns on patterns. However, I will offer unlimited e-mail assistance to resolve any problem you may have with the pattern.
